    Rising Sophomores/Freshman  12:00pm - 2:00pm

What to Bring:  
1. DeKalb County Participation and Consent Form  with Insurance info2.
    2. Player Information form  (if  you have not completed one)
3. Physical form completed (Dr. Griffin will perform physicals on April 29th at  practice  for $20 if you need a physical)
    4. 2009 Jaguar Fees (at least 1/2 payment is due at Registration and the final  payment is due July 1st )

2009 Touchdown Club Fees
For the 2009 football season, the non-refundable fees are: $400 and $500 per player and is due immediately.

Fee-Raisers
Fee-Raisers  are in place to assist you in paying your dues. One fee-raiser that is available immediately involves you soliciting donations for the Stephenson Football Program from corporate and /or personal sponsors. Donations made to Stephenson Football will be credited to your balance at a rate of 50%.  For example, if you solicit and receive a check for $500 from a sponsor, payable to Stephenson Jaguar Touchdown Club, 50% or $250 will be credited to your fee balance.  The sponsor must write the player’s name in the memo section of the check.
