2018 -Jaguar Touchdown Club-Advertisement/ Sponsorship Campaign

 

Mission: 

 To establish a major fundraising activity that will not only aid in the operation of the JTC,

but will also develop a relationship with the Stephenson Community,

Business Owners and Entrepreneurs through sponsorships and advertisement.

 

Medium:

 The 2018 Jaguar Football Program Book. 

The program book will include schedules, rosters, player pictures, ads, and sponsorship pages and will be sold at all home games. 

This has the potential to reach thousands in the Stephenson and surrounding communities. 

 

Fundraising Goal:

To raise, at least $27,500 in advertisement funds and book sales; and to provide an opportunity for players to subsidize fee cost.

Book Sales 500 x $ 5 = $ 2,500
Ad Sales 125 x $200 = $25,000
Total Raised $27,500
 

Benefits of supporting this fundraiser:
1. Bolster community involvement and support. 
2. Minimize need for parents to pay additional funds for misc. items. 
3. A means for parents to help offset player fees. 
4. Help offset cost of recruiting and needed equipment purchases.
5. Senior Parents…this is an excellent way to say congratulations to
your Senior Player!

Patron Donations: July 18th 
(This is the last day to turn in patron donations that are to be applied towards player fees)

Ad Sales: July 18th 
(Deadlines are set to allow ample layout and printing time)
